This can be done under "My page" or during your first purchase. Registration requires a valid e-mail address. We deliver to Norway. For card and credit purchases, according to the law, the person concerned must be 18 years of age.

Change of address

The customer himself is responsible for the correct address, telephone number and postcode being given in the profile. Change of address is done on "My page." The registered address will be the delivery address, but it is possible to enter an alternative delivery address if desired. Collection notices for parcels come via SMS, so you yourself are responsible for the correct telephone number on your order. If the phone number is not correct, the package will be returned to us and you will be charged additional shipping costs. The sum here is NOK 200, which will be invoiced for unclaimed/returned packages.

Prices

All prices include VAT. All costs related to the purchase, goods and shipping, will appear in the purchase process before the actual payment is made.  We reserve the right to make errors in prices and stock. You will then be contacted by phone or email.

Payment

Credit card/Purchase: in Letsip's online shops, payment is made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Vipps or Paypal. In the case of a purchase in the Letsip online store, the purchase price will be reserved on the account until the goods have been picked. Only when the goods have been picked and sent will the account be debited.

Vipps: when paying with Vipps, this takes place automatically via the app after ordering. Our floating account is #623824 Letsip Norway AS. The order is packed and sent the following day the amount is registered with us.

Discount codes / Sale

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. You can only use one discount code per transaction. The discount code must be entered in the shopping basket, and cannot be added afterwards.
We do not grant a discount if the campaign has ended and no purchases have been made during the campaign period.

Shipping/delivery

We will send your package on the same working day, possibly the next day it is ordered, unless otherwise stated. We use Posten Norge / Bring / and primarily Pakke i postkassen. The package will then primarily be delivered to your mailbox with GPS tracking from Posten. We regard this as a delivered and received package. You may be responsible for having a lock or something else on your mailbox. On delivery, you will receive a pick-up code via SMS when the item has arrived in your mailbox or your delivery location. Tracking appears automatically in Posten's app or digipost if it has been downloaded - or you can find it in My page if this was created when purchased. Our online shop will be closed for dispatch during holidays and other public holidays where the charterer does not pick up parcels.

The right of withdrawal is 14 days. During the 14-day period, you can send back the goods you have received without obligation, you as the customer must cover the return shipping costs. However, note the following excerpt from the Right of Cancellation Act: The Right of Cancellation Act only applies to consumer purchases.

The right of withdrawal cannot therefore be used by companies or others who have acted as part of commercial activities (cf. Right of Cancellation Act § 6, point e). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods cannot be returned in approximately the same condition and quantity, and damage or deterioration is due to negligence or a lack of care on the part of the consumer (cf. Right of Withdrawal Act § 12, point a). The return costs are borne by the consumer (cf. Section 15 of the Right of Cancellation Act, first paragraph). When using the right of withdrawal, the goods cannot be used, and the original packaging and labels such as hang-tags cannot be removed from the product.

Unclaimed packages

Posten sends out a reminder if you forget to pick up an ordered parcel, or this is shown in the post office's app or Digipost if it has been downloaded. If you still do not collect the package by the stated date, it will be sent back to us. For unclaimed and unpaid parcels, you will be charged a fee of NOK 200 to cover the costs we have had in connection with the unclaimed parcel. Unclaimed goods are not normally covered by the right of cancellation. You yourself are responsible for calling for your item if you have not received your item after 7 days, then you most likely did not write the correct telephone number or address in your order and the collection note and text message do not reach the correct recipient. We ship goods within 24 hours from us.
