Letsip® package 6 is for anyone who wants daily training and maintenance of lips, tongue and cheeks. Train lips and cheek muscles with resistance exercises and fine motor exercises for the tongue. Resistance exercises and fine motor skills are essential for maintaining and maintaining the muscles used for communication with facial expressions and clear speech. Eating and drinking function can be maintained and in many cases improved by focusing on the lips, cheeks and tongue. Strengthening the mouth and the tongue's ability to process and release the pharynx is important to avoid, for example, swallowing crookedly or sitting a lot with the mouth open.
Functions that can be changed by training include better mouth closure, strength in the upper lip, better pout/roundness, strength in the cheeks, chewing and kneading of food, easier swallowing, clearer speech, less drooling and better facial expressions.
Exercises with grimaces and the use of general facial expressions are like working out with exercise equipment without weights. Muscles in general are strengthened faster by training with resistance. Letsip helps you train more effectively in a motivating and easy way.
Aging and illness can cause: little expression on the face, difficulty in smiling, coughing often when consuming thin drinks, easy swallowing, difficulty speaking clearly, mouth breathing (often sits with the mouth open), drooling.
Humans swallow approximately every 3 minutes. Aging and disease can lead to problems with drooling and the reason may be that you don't swallow as often as before. Drooling is an interaction between the lips, tongue, jaw and cheeks and that one forgets or does not realize that one has to swallow frequently and spontaneously. Some people have impaired tongue motor skills and it can become difficult to swallow often. The sensory perception (senses) can be reduced and one has a problem with feeling that the mouth is full of saliva. Badly closing the mouth can also be a challenge for many, and there the tongue, lips and cheeks must be involved.
Letsip believes that training the muscles in the lip, tongue, jaw and cheek will lead to swallowing easier and more often. Stronger and more flexible muscles can lead to more control over the muscles that control important functions in the mouth.
Letsip says: "Use it, don't lose it"
