Letsip® S1 for passive training. S1 is the smallest of the products in the S series (diameter=20 mm).

• Training of closing the mouth, stimulation of the cheeks and all muscles attached to the lip muscles (m. orbicularis oris).
• Sit with it between your teeth and lip for 20 minutes.
• Go from large size to the smallest, to increase the difficulty level S5/S4 to S2/S1.
• Try not to tighten the chin area (mentalis)

Active stimulation with S1 can be used as a stimulation pen in Orofacial regulation therapy instead of using the hand. It is easier to work inside the mouth after working on the outside. Slip on gloves and the pressure can be adjusted yourself.

Where several people work together to give a person facial stimulation, the pressure will often be different.

It is experienced more similarly when a suitable tool is used for this form of therapy.

If active stimulation is given with S1 with fast short vibrations, this will be able to increase the tone in the muscles to contract.

With long-term stimulation of the same muscle, a reduction in elasticity and tone can be achieved.
